チョコレート（板チョコ）と水だけで作れる！！

ムース2回分～4回分のデザートを上回る量ができるので残りは作り置きに。
一部の水は
コーヒー、紅茶、
芳香族アルコール（ウィスキー、ダークラム、ワイン）等好みで置き換え可能♡
水は少しづつ入れていく！
最初から水を多く入れると
－ 失敗の原因になります。
一度に全部を混ぜないで
何度もストーブ、コンロに戻って加熱し、手順を繰り返すこと。

材料：
チョコレート（板チョコ）
水
作り方：
1.チョコレートと水をポットに入れ混ぜる
チョコレートが完全に溶解するまで時折撹拌しながら中温で加熱する。水が沸騰してもそれは問題はないが、一部が蒸発してチョコレートと水の割合が変化するため、できるだけ沸騰しないように注意すること。
２．大小ふたつのボールを準備する。
大きいボールに氷と冷たい水をいれ満たす。 小さいボールをその上に置いてセットする。３． チョコレートが完全に溶けたら、小さなボールに注ぐ。
４．適度な硬さになるまでゆっくり攪拌する。

応用：
手作りのパイ生地、タルト生地に載せるだけで チョコレートパイの出来上がり！
